Tim Bowen
Senior Director, Operational Excellence
Tim leads the operational excellence division within our Asset Management team, deepening our commitment to enhancing value through active ownership. He works with our portfolio companies to develop systematic and sustainable business improvements. Tim is based out of our London, UK office.
He has over 30 years of experience in senior and executive roles in companies across the infrastructure sector. Most recently, Tim led the UK and Middle East team for Cohesive, a technology systems integrator. He has led projects, operational business units, businesses, and centralized functions spanning M&A, strategy, tendering, and PFI/PPPs. Tim’s broad leadership experience spans such sectors as environmental remediation, communications, energy, defence, water, waste, transport, and buildings.
Tim holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, an MBA from Cranfield University, and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College, London.
